    • Americano

      Shot of espresso with hot water added.

    • Cafe au lait

      Coffee (not espresso) with steamed milk.

    • Cafe Cortado

      Espresso shot with a little steamed milk only (no foam). (1:1)

    • Caffe Latte

      Espresso with steamed milk (1:2 ratio).

    • Cappuccino

      Equal parts espresso, steamed milk and foam (1:1:1)

      Classic (1:1:1)

      Dry (1 : 1/2 : 1 1/2) less steamed milk, more foam

      Wet (1 : 1 1/2 : 1/2) more steamed milk, less foam

      Extra shot/doppio (2:1:1)

    • Doppio

      Double shot of espresso.

    • Espresso Macchiato

      Espresso shot with foam only (no steamed milk). (1:1)

    • Flat White

      Espresso shot with 3 parts steamed milk, no foam. (1:3)

    • Latte Macchiato

      Espresso with a lot of steamed milk and a little foam (1:4:1)

    • Lungo

      Long pull shot of espresso.

    • Ristretto

      Short pull shot of espresso.

    • Solo

      Single shot of espresso.
